On a brisk spring morning in early may
(To get a head start on my day)
I walk through my field, intent to survey
(If it’s time to start harvesting hay)
But as I go, I notice something quite strange
(A huge circle’s been carved in my way)
Confused, I glance up and exclaim
(As a flying saucer’s not far away)
I turn to run but before I can get far
A beam drags me up to the stars!

A ship came and took me
Away from my farm
I’m not sure if they
Mean me any harm
I expect to be tested
Examined and probed
And hope then, after that
They’ll send me back home

I woke up on some kind of surgery bed
(With weird tools shoved into my head)
Light in my eyes, began to panic and sweat
(Is this real or am I somehow dead?)
I heard something speak, but I couldn’t understand

They drop a large bug in my mouth!
